Executive Assistant to the General Manager

About the Role
This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the most innovative and progressive Councils in NSW. As Executive Assistant to the General Manager you will be required to provide accurate and timely, high level support to the General Manager. In addition, you will be a key liaison with Council’s stakeholders, including community members, businesses, the Mayor and Councilors, the senior leadership team and council staff.
To be successful in this role you will require:
- Recent substantial experience providing efficient high level administrative and executive support to senior executives in an Executive Assistant, or similar role;
- The ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
This is a full time, permanent role, with remuneration in the range of $63,866 - $71,863 per annum (depending on skills and experience), plus 9.5% superannuation. The role is 35 hour a week, with access to Council’s Flexible Working Hours policy.
